Our center is open Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm and you can reach us at 832-255-7500.

After Hours & Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911, contact your physician or go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your procedure, please be sure to contact your physician’s office immediately, as well as, contacting our center at 832-255-7500.
